trem, as with any brand new member, their first 3 posts start out 'invisible' to regulars, but they exist. then a Moderator/Admin personally checks the post to ensure it's legit (as opposed to being spam), and 'approves' the post.

once it's approved, it then appears like normal, for all to read. i've just approved 2 of his posts.

so this is normal, and it is an anti-spam measure. and it's working brilliantly.

i have not read the actual 'Conditions' for new members when they join, but i presume it's written there, that this is the normal process. but maybe it's not written there...*passes over to frashed*
